Profile

What the Profile tab is for

The Profile tab holds your personal preferences. It is the only Settings tab visible to every role. Edits save automatically — no Save button.

TL;DR

Set your name, avatar, language, and number formatting once. Every grid, chart, and report in statycs reads these preferences.

Profile elements

Identity

  • Avatar — upload a photo or fall back to your initials. Click the avatar tile to upload; remove with the Remove action.
  • First name / Last name — editable; updates the topbar label on blur.
  • Email — read-only, sourced from your authentication provider.

Language

Pick the UI language from the list of supported languages. The language setting drives translations, default position labels, and the formatting defaults that match the locale convention.

Formatting

Below the identity card, a Formatting card collects the display preferences that affect every number in the app.

Figures and scales

  • Number scaling — Full, Thousands, or Millions. Drives how every euro figure renders across grids and charts.
  • Decimals (numbers) — 0, 1, or 2 decimals on numeric values.
  • Decimals (percent) — 0, 1, or 2 decimals on percentages.

Display

  • Decimal separator — Comma or Point.
  • Negative numbers — Minus (-100) or Brackets ((100)).
  • Table font size — controls grid font sizing across Financials, Planning, and Reports.
  • Table hover highlight — toggle the row-hover tint on / off.

Changes here re-render every grid and chart immediately; there is no preview screen.
